The 7SIM™ method has been designed to skill organisations to systematically improve what is important to them.

There is always a requirement for improvement experts to help implement improvement activity.

The approach is to accredit individuals as 7SIM consultants once they have completed a five-day 7SIM approach to Coaching course.

7SIM Coaching is a non-predatory form of professional service that offers clients a profound knowledge of systematic improvement. 7SIM Coaches are dynamic communicators that influence organisations at all levels. They think big picture and also in the detail when necessary; are able to manage complexity and competing priorities yet remain objective and steady. 7SIM Coaches have the ear of the senior leadership; they are always part of the solution.
